The 8th AFG-AC, 86th STG, 80thJoint STG-AFG and 85th AFG Meetings will take place on 12, 13, 14 and 15 May 2025.

The meetings will be held as presential meetings at EUMETSAT Headquarters. We will also offer “hybrid” elements to the meetings allowing additional members of delegations, advisors or observers to listen on-line. The official representative of Member States only attending online will be able to take part in deliberations.

The AFG-AC meeting will start at 14:00 on 12 May. The STG meeting will start at 09:00 on 13 May, the J-STG-AFG meeting will start at 09:00 on 14 May and the AFG meeting will start at 09:00 on 15 May. All times are CEST.

Social Event: A dinner will be organised in the EUMETSAT canteen on 13 May, starting at 18:00. Should you wish to attend, please register below.
