The Council Meeting will start with the In-Camera Session at 09:00 CEST on 26 June and will
finish on Thursday, 27 June around 13:00 CEST.

The Inauguration of the East Building Extension including drinks and light lunch is also foreseen
to take place from 11:30 to 13:00 CEST on 26 June and we would like to take the opportunity to
invite everyone to attend this memorable event.

A social event will take place at Hofgut Dippelshof in Traisa commencing at approximately 18:30
on 26 June 2024. Transportation to and from the venue will be arranged.

Please note that the deadline for registrations is 12 June cob. Kindly try to meet this deadline
allowing the secretariat to plan for the social events.
