ITT 20/220171 – Cloud Computing Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance Support

The purpose of this ITT focusses on establishing industry-based support to operations of EUMETSAT’s on premise cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) – essentially the EUMETSAT’s Information-Centric Service Infrastructure including its evolution. The scope includes to a large extend the infrastructure management as well as the engineering and transition of legacy facilities into the cloud environment. The service will address the following main aspects: HW Maintenance and Infrastructure Evolution, Operations Support and Management, Security Services, Training and ad-hoc support as need arises.

Duration: 3 years baseline, 2 one-year optional extensions

ITT 20/220172 – Support to Cloud and Big Data Services engineering and operations

The purpose of this ITT focusses on establishing industry based support to operations of the higher level (SaaS, DaaS) big data services related to data access such as for example the EUMETSAT Data Store and EUMETView and to include the actual release and life cycle management to a large extent. For this, EUMETSAT will outsource the related software elements as CFIs as part of this tender. The required service will address the following main aspects: SW Maintenance and Evolution, Operations Support to the services, Training and ad-hoc support as need arises.
